Escapes! to Bella Vista Village

Located in Northwest Arkansas, Bella Vista Village offers stunning natural beauty in the Ozark Mountains. Bella Vista’s 36,000 acres offers golf, tennis, fishing, swimming, and more. With eight 18-hole championship courses, one nine-hole course, and six pro shops, you are never more than a few minutes from a tee.


You can enjoy boating and fishing on eight lakes. These lakes are open to all Bella Vista owners and guests so you don’t have to worry about crowds. The lakes are stocked in order to provide the best in bass, crappie, and bream fishing. The Yacht Club and marina are located on the largest body of water, Loch Lomond.

Escapes! to Hot Springs Village

Nestled in Arkansas’s Ouachita Mountains and surrounded by vacation attractions, this resort’s natural beauty and man-made amenities truly offer something for everyone. Tee it up on your choice of eight outstanding courses that fan out over 153 holes. Enjoy private lakes, indoor and outdoor pools, country clubs, fitness/recreational centers and a system of scenic nature trails that extend over 30 miles. Nearby is Hot Springs, the states top destination offering gambling, theme parks, a lively arts district and world-famous bathhouses.

Escapes! to the Branson Yacht Club

Vacationers to this lakeside resort enjoy easy access to Bransons attractions as well as to the country club amenities at nearby StoneBridge Village. Start your day with a round on StoneBridge’s Ledgestone Golf Course; spend the afternoon bass fishing or skiing along the scenic mountain coves on Table Rock Lake. Owners and guests also have an array of amenities on-site at the adjoining Rock Lane Resort. This includes two pools, tennis, a full-service marina and a lakeside restaurant/lounge.

Additional Use Fees:

Additional use fees represent costs, including housekeeping, restocking and other occupancy costs, associated with the multiple use opportunities within the Club system.

Use Fee Credit:

ETC Members receive one use fee credit each Use Year, the amount of which is equal to the additional use fee for the Unit type owned. Accordingly, ETC Members who make a Home Resort Priority reservation pay no additional use fee for that reservation, and their credit for that Unit is utilized for that year. Similarly, an ETC Member who makes a reservation in the Full Week, Split Week or Open Season reservation periods may apply any unused credit to such reservations. Unapplied use fee credits will carry forward to an ETC Member’s subsequent Use Year only if such Member saves points into that subsequent period. ETC Members who own multiple Timeshare Interests receive use fee credit for each Timeshare Interest owned.

Restrictions on Reservations using ETC Nightly Point Values:

  • Reservations for Split Weeks may only be made during either the Split Week Access Period or the Open Season Period.
  • Reservations for Partial Weeks (2-night minimum) may only be made during the Open Season Period.

ETC Point Requirements for Split Week or Partial Weeks:

To determine the number of ETC Points required to make a reservation for a Split Week or Partial Week, add the Nightly ETC Point Values, in the chart above, for the nights within the Split Week or Partial Week being requested.
